Dave Nations grew up learning all about how to run small businesses from his father, a serial entrepreneur. Dave began flipping houses in 2004, and shortly after co-founded his first real estate related company in 2005. But this was just the beginning. In 2007, Dave earned a degree in Urban Planning & Real Estate Development. He also became a licensed Realtor in 2007 and by 2011, he had joined Keller Williams.
Dave’s entrepreneurial zeal continued to find opportunity where he saw a need. In 2012 Dave started his own team of real estate related ‘Specialists’ which is now lovingly called — The Nations Network.
This team of hand-picked talent are savvy in all areas of real estate, and have other skills that help develop the Network into the broader vision for the “Real Estate Experience.”
